FUNGAL NAIL INFECTIONS

Fungal Nail Infections are generally not painful but the nails can become thickened and difficult to cut.  If left to spread to the nail bed, the infection is likely to permanently damage  the toenail. Early treatment of fungal infections can prevent nail deformity. If your nail is thickened, discoloured or crumbling seek professional advice and treatment.

TOENAIL - PROBLEMS

Ingrown toenails can be acutely painful, however, treatments are quick and do not involve putting much pressure on the sore area. Pain relief is often instant. 
In chronic or badly infected cases, nail surgery is indicated and gives long term relief. Don't delay treatment if you think your toenail is ingrown. The sooner it is treated the less painful the treatment will be for you.
